Blog Vol 3 Ep 1

Okay everybody!! So the emails changed to vol 3 which means I moved... Right now I'm here in Chickasha, ok and honestly it's not too bad. If you know me, I have a hard time leaving people I love and places that feel like home. So right now I'm still adjusting to chickasha and I definitely miss everyone there.. Before I left Wednesday, me and my companions had member dinners every night and when we got home the spirit that we felt was so intense and we were all sad cause I was leaving, so we all cried in the car for both of those reasons lol. We were able to do service with the elders before we left and it was so fun! Also I GOT MY STARBUCKS WHOOT WHOOT lol I've been wanting one and we got it on our way to chickasha.

 

 

My new companion is Sister Green and she is so cute!! She actually came out with me and so we are two lil newbies trying to figure everything out and just also figuring out how we want to do the companionship! Definitely more mellow with each other but that's definitely OKAY

 

 

This past week was fun though, we do bible studies which is super cool and the teacher is amazing! I learn a lot from him and we also do an addiction recovery group which also is amazing and definitely therapeutic for the people who join. also a dog chased me and good thing i had my pepper spray to protect me! that RAT didn't like it hehe

 

 

Honestly the members here are so nice and are very missionary minded and so it's easy to get members to lessons :)) we also get to do service at a historical society museum which is so fun but also i get distracted easily cause i want to look at everything lol

 

 

This week has been an emotional one but also I'm excited to see what God has in store for us here in chickasha and all the miracles. I love you all a TON ♡

Sweet mercy!!      Guys this week was a blast! I had a great birthday week so thank you to everyone who made it so special!! I love you all for that!      A lot of stuff happened so this week we ended up having 4 lessons!! Yooo it was so fun! I missed teaching! So everyone pray for Margie, Lauren, Trevor, and someone else but we didn't get his name lol.     We had a few dinners this week and every dinner was HILARIOUS, the members here definitely have some personality for sure!      Anyways twas a good week but gotta go so ill email next week! Blog Vol 4 Ep 16

Sweet mercy!!      This week was busy!! It was filled with teaching; love, share and invite messages; visiting people; service; and driving to Edmond!      Right now we are teaching Kym, Lynda, Paula, and Frances! Y'all i've been praying for friends to teach in this area for the ETERNITIES and now it's finally here! They all have wonderful stories and are super sweet women #powertothewomen      Sis Herring and I went to service but we didn't have our car and we no joke biked our 12 miles and honestly my bottom half was trying to hold on tightly to my upper half. The wind was winding away and STRONG but we the sisters are STRONGER!      We went to Edmond for our interviews with our mission president and he is definitely so kind and cares so much about us. Blog Vol 5 Ep 16

Well good morning!! Pday on Tuesday, this is a NEW one! So this week was good! Update on our friends we are teaching, they are doing fantastic and they are progressing well and man we just love and adore them!! Even so that we are going to the temple with sharlotte today which is why my pday is today!  Haha sunday we bore our final testimony as a missionary for fast & testimony meeting, and it was so cute because our ward after the meeting ended just surrounded us and told us how much they love us and how grateful they are to us and ugh it melts my heart when you make bonds with the ward family.  Lol Sister Brown and I ran into some cute lil goats haha they were eating our hair, we had a great time!!  I had my last zone conference this week and it was a tender experience!
