Blog Vol 3 Ep 7

Happy Monday!! 

 

 

Honestly, this week was crazy fun! We had some adventures for sure!! 

 

 

So Monday I got a lil package [thank you mom :))] and they had some fun glasses and a necklace for St. Patrick's day! So Sister Miles and I had fun with those lol she LOVES that day and so it was fun celebrating it with her! her dad even doordashed us a ton of food on that day it was cute! #weloveourparentssupportingus

 

 

Also this week we were able to make a few more friends. Which is so cool because we literally have been placed in their lives at the right time!! We saw that a lot this week! we were street contacting and we ran into this guy and we were talking for a bit and we asked him if he's ever taken the sacrament and he said no and then we read the promised blessings in the scriptures from the sacrament prayers and the spirit was really strong, he was in shock and was willing to learn more. Another story we just got done visiting one of our shut-in members who is the sweetest ol grandma and when we were street contacting around her house we ran into Grace who was moving her mom out so she could live in assisted living and she was really sad about it. we asked her if we could pray with her and she said yes and she gave the prayer, she was crying and she felt the spirit and was thanking Heavenly Father for placing us in her path. Okay this is the last story about our friends so we were in church and we had two speakers from the stake and the first one ended up speaking about what we talked about with Tony one day and he enjoyed it, we had a friend who came late but he came!! #soproud Anyways when he showed up the second speaker was speaking and he enjoyed it so much that he got up and moved to the front row. he was soaking it all up!! It was so cool to see the spirit touch his heart like where he wanted to move up front! 

 

 

Ohh this week Sister Miles and I went to this sweets shop. I can't remember the name rn but I am going to add a picture but they had the BEST cupcakes!! My favorite ones were the pistachio and pink flamingo [this one is like a summer tropical drink]. We have bike week or save our miles week and right now it's not starting off like a good week to have bike week.... We are having BUCKETS of rain where we are getting flood warnings and the thunder we are getting is so cool like Utah they can get snow but Oklahoma they win for thunder it's LOUD and sometimes can make things shake. 

 

 

Anyways God is GOOD, RAIN is cool, leg week starts tomorrow. 

 

 

I love you all!! And I hope you are well and if you aren't, just know God will place someone in your life just like how we were placed in Grace.

Sweet mercy!!      Guys this week was a blast! I had a great birthday week so thank you to everyone who made it so special!! I love you all for that!      A lot of stuff happened so this week we ended up having 4 lessons!! Yooo it was so fun! I missed teaching! So everyone pray for Margie, Lauren, Trevor, and someone else but we didn't get his name lol.     We had a few dinners this week and every dinner was HILARIOUS, the members here definitely have some personality for sure!      Anyways twas a good week but gotta go so ill email next week! Blog Vol 4 Ep 16

Sweet mercy!!      This week was busy!! It was filled with teaching; love, share and invite messages; visiting people; service; and driving to Edmond!      Right now we are teaching Kym, Lynda, Paula, and Frances! Y'all i've been praying for friends to teach in this area for the ETERNITIES and now it's finally here! They all have wonderful stories and are super sweet women #powertothewomen      Sis Herring and I went to service but we didn't have our car and we no joke biked our 12 miles and honestly my bottom half was trying to hold on tightly to my upper half. The wind was winding away and STRONG but we the sisters are STRONGER!      We went to Edmond for our interviews with our mission president and he is definitely so kind and cares so much about us. Blog Vol 5 Ep 16

Well good morning!! Pday on Tuesday, this is a NEW one! So this week was good! Update on our friends we are teaching, they are doing fantastic and they are progressing well and man we just love and adore them!! Even so that we are going to the temple with sharlotte today which is why my pday is today!  Haha sunday we bore our final testimony as a missionary for fast & testimony meeting, and it was so cute because our ward after the meeting ended just surrounded us and told us how much they love us and how grateful they are to us and ugh it melts my heart when you make bonds with the ward family.  Lol Sister Brown and I ran into some cute lil goats haha they were eating our hair, we had a great time!!  I had my last zone conference this week and it was a tender experience! I'm definitely going to miss seeing missionaries that I love and adore.  We also dyed Sister Browns hair to blend her roots which I HAD A BLAST!! Like I might as well open my own hair salon but ...
