Blog Vol 4 Ep 1

Hellooo everybodyyyy!! Oh my goodness what a week it has been! So I had to say a hard goodbye to Chickasha and all those wonderful people! But I am truly grateful for who God placed in my life while I was there!! So thank you Chickasha 

 

 

So I moved to STILLWATER which is the home town of OSU and it definitely bleeds orange here!! But it's been a blast having new companions, SISTER BATEMAN & SISTER WARREN - we definitely are a diverse group with different backgrounds and stories! Sister Bateman is the ambivert one, Sister Warren is the straightforward one, Sister Thomas is the loud and humorous one! so we came together and it's just a blast! 

 

 

So let's start at the beginning of the week. Monday: I was saying bye to everyone and crying in the club. Wednesday: the day of transfers we got there and I looked all cute with my hair straight and then it rained not like a cute rain like a pouring type rain! So there's like 100 plus of us just running around trying not to get soaked and making sure our things are dry but that didn't really work. Lol it was crazy!

 

 

As we were driving to Stillwater we had to make a pit stop because the apartment I was moving into didn't have everything for 3 people. So we had to go to an empty apartment where the elders used to live and steal a desk, lamps, and a desk chair. Honestly everything fit pretty well into our car which was nice but the funny part is we were told which apartment place it was but not the address so we just looked up prime place [lol what we were told]. And so we went to one prime place and looked for apartment 10. But we didn't know that there were 3 other prime locations, so at first we were trying to get inside someone else's apartment until we figured it out lol! 

 

 

We also had a member dinner and we got lost trying to find their place. After 30 mins we found it and anyways we were sharing our message and kids got brought up and this couple just got married like 2 weeks ago and the husbands face was sooo funny!! Hahah side note don't mention kids that soon.

 

 

We have a pretty cool view so it's nice watching it in the morning - lol and we have turtles that sunbathe, it's cute! We love turtles,  we have birds that come around our house to a bird feeder and we have a little bunny that comes around. Lol we have a little zoo in our backyard.

 

 

We also have bumble bees so that was fun to take pictures by! Also our member's husband is the girls golf coach at OSU so i'm playing golf with them sometime so that will be fun!

 

 

Anyways, I love Stillwater already and I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what God has in store for me! And I love you all!!!

Sweet mercy!!      Guys this week was a blast! I had a great birthday week so thank you to everyone who made it so special!! I love you all for that!      A lot of stuff happened so this week we ended up having 4 lessons!! Yooo it was so fun! I missed teaching! So everyone pray for Margie, Lauren, Trevor, and someone else but we didn't get his name lol.     We had a few dinners this week and every dinner was HILARIOUS, the members here definitely have some personality for sure!      Anyways twas a good week but gotta go so ill email next week! Blog Vol 4 Ep 16

Sweet mercy!!      This week was busy!! It was filled with teaching; love, share and invite messages; visiting people; service; and driving to Edmond!      Right now we are teaching Kym, Lynda, Paula, and Frances! Y'all i've been praying for friends to teach in this area for the ETERNITIES and now it's finally here! They all have wonderful stories and are super sweet women #powertothewomen      Sis Herring and I went to service but we didn't have our car and we no joke biked our 12 miles and honestly my bottom half was trying to hold on tightly to my upper half. The wind was winding away and STRONG but we the sisters are STRONGER!      We went to Edmond for our interviews with our mission president and he is definitely so kind and cares so much about us. Blog Vol 5 Ep 16

Well good morning!! Pday on Tuesday, this is a NEW one! So this week was good! Update on our friends we are teaching, they are doing fantastic and they are progressing well and man we just love and adore them!! Even so that we are going to the temple with sharlotte today which is why my pday is today!  Haha sunday we bore our final testimony as a missionary for fast & testimony meeting, and it was so cute because our ward after the meeting ended just surrounded us and told us how much they love us and how grateful they are to us and ugh it melts my heart when you make bonds with the ward family.  Lol Sister Brown and I ran into some cute lil goats haha they were eating our hair, we had a great time!!  I had my last zone conference this week and it was a tender experience!
